said Parishes yearly for ever.

the second word you questioned I believe is 'Serviced'?

just to add that I read 'summe' rather than 'summs' (but maybe that was just a typo)

Yes, secured.
It says Place out apprentice but I wonder if it should read, Place and apprentice.
