Yes could well be Ann. A few other censuses only state Somerset or Somersetshire and this one that is transcribed as Somerset "Low" but going by the above and below entries, I think its possibly just Somerset "Som" ? ?How about Crewkerne - bit mashed up but it could be
It's for an Edward James Masters born c1836-1841 Father also Edward James Masters (from marriage record). Ancestry and some other trees are telling me he was born in Guilden Morden, Cambridgeshire, England in 1837 but I think I have pretty much dismissed that.
