William Williams at St Keverne

where was Elizabeth Jane?
I did look, but there are lots of Elizabeth Williams (not with Jane included) age 14/15 working as female servants in and around St Keverne/Helston but no way of determining if any are your girl :(

I did the same and gave up.
William Williams parents are next on the list.
When he married Alice his residence was Manaccan and Alice was of the parish of St Martin -in - Meneage.
There is a 22nd January 1892 baptism Father Richard and mother Mary . That may be his.

I was away in a day dream.:)
The Familysearch tree is incorrect. It can't be Richard Harris and Mary Trerise seeing Alice is a Richards and Mary's husband is a Williams So that tree was incorrect.

I have decided to go with Solomon and Martha as Wiliam's parents. (There is a post on the 2nd page).
The reason being that an aunt name Ann Charles was visiting Elizabeth Jane Williams in 1881 and her marrige shows Solomon and Martha as her mother.
There are 5 children baptised by this couple betwen 1892 and 1803.

Solomon Williams married Martha Kevern on 25 Oct 1792 at St Keverne.
Solomon's parents were Solomon Williams and Mary Harvey and they married on 14 Feb 1765 at St Keverne.
Solomon and Mary sem to have 4 Children baptised between 1767 to 1778 at St Keverne.
There don't seem to be any Solomon Williams baptised at St Keverne before 1767.
Mary Harvey is going to be a problem as well.

Cornwall opc has Solomon Williams senior burial 1808 at St Keverne.
His wife Mary was buried 8th September 1807 at St Keverne.
Not found baptisms for either at the moment.
There is a possible at Gwennap for Solomon but have to ponder that.

I found the Solomon at Gwennnap, but if he was baptised (1/7/1749) shortly after birth, he married very young

He would have been about 18 years old.
It seems that there are 2 baptisms for Solomon Williams at Gwennap on Cornwallfhs .
1st July 1749 and 30th January 1850 and both have parents John Williams and Cartherine.
Back to the drawing board.

I can't find Elizbeth Jane Richards after the 1881 census. She was living at - Cottage, Manaccan, Helston, wuth her husband William and 2 children plus 2 granddaughters and her Aunt Ann Charles.
