How do I send a private message please?

Hi Jan, I missed that instruction, but anyway, have no idea how to send a private message, so perhaps you could point me in the right direction please? Cheers Diana

Just click on the username of the person you want to contact then select Start Conversation.

Hi Diana,

There are a couple of ways of doing this:
Click on Inbox, which is next to your user-name in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Click on Start New Conversation.
In the Participant box, type the name of the person to whom you want to send the message.
Complete the other boxes, scroll down and click on Start a Conversation.

Or.....

Find the person to whom you want to send a message and click on their user-name. One of the options that pops up is Start Conversation. Click on that and follow the steps above.
