Hello. I am Joe Emery, been retired for 30 years (no I'm not 95, yet) and have been a family historian since 1985. I am stuck relatively early at Catherine Giles born 1871 at Llansamlet, Glamorgan because she seems to have been illegitimate. There are indications that a Mr Price may have been her father, and speculation that her mother may been Jane Giles b.1851
in Llansamlet or perhaps Neath. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
