Changes to the password reset process

Two important points to note as of 27/08/15.

1. When you change or reset your password, and email will come as a form of notification. If you initiated this password change or reset, you are safe to ignore it.

--If you get a notification like the above, and you have not changed your password, please contact the administrator immediately via this form: http://www.genealogy-specialists.com/misc/contact

2. If you lose/forget/cannot log in with your password - and you reset your password via this method - http://www.genealogy-specialists.co...sword-if-you-forget-it-or-cannot-log-in.5315/ there is one change to note.

--The process has been made simpler. The link that is sent in the email will allow you to set a new password directly.

Never realised I had a password. :rolleyes:

Well, just fancy that, Safari/Preferences/Passwords, and there it is: *******. All I need now is my Administrator password to translate ******* into English (British). :)
 
Thanks yet again! When I logged in again (forgot to save) I must have done something wrong, as couldn't get in again , then the phone rang in the middle of my trying to change it again, just as I was doing the picture! Panic! when I got back I had to sort out the picture which I managed....Phew! Thanks for bearing with me. I forgot to save when I logged in though....don't think there is an option to on logging out, so hope I can get in ok next time.
Having a bit of an upsetting time at the moment, so thanks for bearing with me. ():-)
