It is so easy to get caught up in the moment when researching and helping other members but please remember to check the websites that you are posting links to.
We don't have many rules, but number 6 says:
Do NOT post live links to commercial websites or to those asking for donations. Links to The National Archives (TNA) or to similar Government websites are allowed, as are non-commercial genealogy websites. (The bold is mine
)
I have just made half a dozen live links into non-clicky ones, so please be mindful.
If you are not sure how to make something "non-clicky", just put [code ] at the beginning of the url and then [/code ] at the end - without the gap before the ]
