Filed with her uncle's WW1 Service Records (WO 363) - Birth & Death Certificates, plus her daughter's Birth Certificate (b1943).
Annie Margaret WALKER, daughter of Henry Charles WALKER & Jane CLARK. Born in Gateshead, lived in Prudhoe, married Ralph Alan IRVING, died in Hexham Hospital.
The 1918 Birth Certificate was issued in 1990 - which is one reason why I don't believe the excuse that "60% of the Records were burned". I think it's more likely that they were badly mixed up and no-one could be bothered to sort them into alphabetical order.
