Another photo dating query

Another photo dating query, please. I have an idea who this lady might be.

There's also a photography studio name. There were a few photographers listed in directories on Snow Hill, Wolverhampton, but I can't identify where this studio was.

There was a Victoria Photo Co. mentioned in the papers, but it was in Bristol in the 1880’s and 1890’s I wonder if they had outlets in other places?

The captions on both photos give the address of Waterloo Road South but also says "Late Victoria Photo Co." That company (see later) was at 44 Waterloo Road.


Photos didnt come out but it still doesn't explain the address on the photo in question. Maybe they moved.

According to a book I have, the date is likely to be in the 1890s. Someone more expert than me might be able to pin it down a bit more precisely.
