Can anyone finish off the entry for me?

I agree with you up to Reeder, then I think it's Slaine with a Cart.

Thank you Arthur, I can see that now, I had not even considered it was the cause of death. Not one of the other entries had anything like it (I guess not many were slain by a cart!), nor any with any comments only parent's name where the death was a child.

Death by dangerous driving? One over the eight and fell into the path of an oncoming cart? Wish we knew.

It's something I've come across a number of times. Carts were heavy, even when unloaded.

I've never seen it recorded as 'slaine', usually 'run over'.
