Any idea?

Rootles out resources!
May I have your thoughts on what the 2 lines under the words 'was baptised' might say. I can see ' the son of William & Mary and the next line 'was baptised', but not sure of the son's name. I see it different to the transcription on FMP, which says the son's name is William. It's May 1760 in Swanscombe, Kent parish register.

Looking for another image of the page on FamilySearch Image Search... waiting, waiting...
Couldn't find it there. This is the original image, but I lightened it as I thought it was a bit clearer. Sadly the register is somewhat fire and water damaged.

Thank you everyone. FMP don't have it transcribed as William  they have Thomas son of William & Mary and they have the surname of Mushman. I really don't see how they got that.

Looking at the transcription search results on FMP for children baptised in Swanscombe 10 years either side of 1760 with a William and Mary as parents, there was a William and Mary Marshman and a William and Mary Legget(t) baptising children between those dates, with your Thomas being transcribed as no surname or as Mushman. So, looks like Marshman is a good bet?
