The GRO has the birth of a Joshua William Atkins in Stepney September Qtr 1855 mother Scourfield.

This matches with the birth of a Joseph in Stepney June Qtr 1857.

Also a marriage of a Richard Atkins and Agnes Scourfield in Whitechapel in March Qtr 1850
