Cause of death clarification

Herbert GILBERT died on 2nd October 1867 in Clonakilty, Cork, of Scrofula, which he had had for 3 years.

In brackets, it also says that it was of the larynx and pulmonary and some other glands.

What are those "other" glands please?

I agree with Arthur, the mesenteric glands are found in the intestines.
