Disappearing name- possible adoption?

I had not found the missive from @Chimp in my email as I was expecting something with Genealogy Specialists in the title or body.
Sorry about that. It was from my private email. As this contained original documents it would have been amiss of me to send it direct from Genealogy Specialists. I'm not sure I could send it direct from the Forum as that isn't how it works. If I get the chance to help out again I will put the heading of the thread in the title.
I don't know what information was in the email from Chimp - and tbh I don't know why it couldn't have been posted on the forum instead of / as well (isn't that the whole point of it?)
These were original images of documents and due to copyright laws only parts of original documents can be posted on an open forum for information purposes. I wanted to send them in their entirety. I know that if you want to post what is in the documents you are to translate them into your own words and not use originals. I am not sure if I would be allowed to post them. I will find out for further reference. Sorry for any confusion.

@Murfomurf can give the information that they contained but not post the originals. If she wishes to share then please go ahead.

@Chimp, We're going off track a little now (sorry!), but a summary of what you'd sent would have been fine and kept everyone in the loop. Sending stuff privately and not saying what / why just shuts the rest of us out.

Sorry I should have thought more. I have a few other commitments outside of research at the moment, as we all do I suspect, and if I suddenly remember I have to attend a meeting I have to step away. No excuse really for bad researching though. I can only apologise and try not to make the same mistake again.

Sorry to have created a fuss, so here is the info from the scan I received from @Chimp so other people can use it:
