Dissappearing John

Hi All

Trying to catch up on my family history I have someone that I would like help in tracing
if possible
John Hunt DoB 1885 Derby England
Mother Mary Rowley
Father Samuel Hunt
1901 census has him in Orchard st Derby living with his mother and a family Overton
I think Samuel his father died or left them
I cannot find him after this date
Did he marry? enlist in the army?
any information much appreciated

I did find this attached to a tree on Ancestry.. How true it is I can't answer.
"John Thomas Hunt was born in 1885 in India, the son of Mary and Samuel. He married Mary Lea and they had one son together. He also had four sons and two daughters with Louisa Hancock. He died in April 1961 in Derbyshire, England, at the age of 76."
Says he married Louisa in Jan 1910 in Derby. IN another spot it says he married Mary in January 1910...Hmmmm... I think someone has screwed up research on here so check it out!
Maybe it will give you something to search from...( I'm supposed to be working ):D
 
thank you so much for the replies I do not think this is the same John Hunt uncanny as there are other Hunts living in the street, My John hunt had no middle name, and his father was Samuel thank you all again

In 1901, Mary's surname is Overton and the indication is that she is married to Thomas, the son of the head of the family, James.
10 years earlier, Mary and Thomas had just the one son living with them, young Thomas (10 in 1901 and just a babe in 1891). Have you found John and his brother Samuel in 1891?

thank you so much I do have this but did not know John had the middle name Thomas I am now trying to search 1891 and 1901 census to see the address and who were in the house but cannot access this frustrating at times
will keep on trying
