Your help would be appreciated... This is from the 1851 census for Herefordshire for Richard Meredith, a farmer. Elizabeth Powell, my 2X gr.grandmother, was a servant for him and I have often wondered if my gr.grandmother was a Meredith. I have just got a new DNA match that is a Meredith, but before I contact him I would like to cross my t's and dot my i's. Can anyone help me read this? I see "Farmer of ...... acres ....... 5 labourers.
