Good Morning from Wiltshire

Morning all,

Tom from Wiltshire here.

I've been helping my mum flesh out some of the Family Tree she has been working on, particularly with regards to our relatives who fought in the World Wars. 1 fought through the First World War and I'm hoping to trace some of his war service but also his life after the war. 2 Great Uncles fought and died at Dunkirk and El Alamein during the Second World War and while I expect a rather difficult road ahead for finding information on them.

I look forward to talking with you.

Regards,

Tom

A very warm welcome Tom. :)

I see that you have joined in already, so keep coming back, post your questions and we will do all that we can to help.

Good luck with your research!

Welcome Tom,

The only place I've spent time at in Wiltshire is Blandford Forum, spent six lonnng weeks there in 1955, doing my six week basic training with the REME as a National Serviceman. So my knowledge of Wiltshire is virtually nil, although since living in Australia I have been to Stonehenge a couple of times.
