I found you! (An email helped) I'm new to the forum. I'm sure that I will enjoy it!

I'm from Newcastle, in the Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia, with links back to the UK - including Newcastle, Northumberland! So far I have found no Scottish blood but I'm such a miser there must be some!

I have my pet project that is unconnected to my family.

Looking forward to being a member.

It's so lovely to see you here, welcome. Oh yes, you'll definitely enjoy it, it's such a friendly and helpful place to be. Isn't the name 'Top Dog' wonderful?

I too haven't found Scottish ancestry, nor Irish, all my lot were English, but in a way I'm pleased as Scottish and Irish seems to be more difficult to research.

Jan & Doug have made a lovely new home for us. There are lots of friends here, old and new, and more arriving all the time. How exciting!

Hi Jane - good to see you got through the wardrobe! There are lots of lovely old and new friends here so it will soon feel like home. It is very hard to tell the old from the new which is a good thing :) and the queries are just as challenging. Shout if you need anything.
 
Yes I have made it through the wardrobe! No white witches anywhere either! It's lovely to be amongst friends! I didn't try to find my way earlier as I knew that Bo would eventually send me an email (I didn't know how either!). To all of the old crowd who have new names! Eek!! Talk about tricky!! I feel right at home but talk about fancy! A lot to learn me thinks! :)
