I've been having a lovely browse through your photos, found a W>A.Brown photographer & son with large family most in the business, son of Joseph Brown a photographer.

William A Brown, 16 photographer brother to Josseph also photographer
1891- SAlford

1911- 11 Alan rd,-Manchester wife Ellen (nee Brown) from Kent
RG14; Piece: 23690.

William Arthur Brown died 3rd Nov, 1928 Withington, probate Manchester to widow Jane Ellen Elizabeth & Arthur Graham Brown photographer.

A few good shots of football groups one of which may bob up here, (Sharpe's LTD 1910 written on ball.)

Well I never thought of The NA having all those photo's would they be interested. I also have some Old Colonial Photos from East Africa in the 1950s which I would be prepared to share with them if they are interested, I will have to contact them. arryboy
 
I contacted the National Archives and they very politely said that they were not interested. So, I might still try Leodis.
What a shame, so much information that will be of use to some people and they don't want it: As I said in a previous post is there not somebody with some IT skills who could put together a package for all these peoples photo's, there must be thousands of people who have photo's to share and millions world wide who would love to see them.

My thought was that you may have been able to view their photos & mayhap find similar or same as yours.(footy) would have been great tho' if they could take them on.
Leodis probably a more likely candidate.
 
Just poppe in to Leodis- keyed in the name Limbert & they have a photo including W.H. Limbert (undertaker),
