There is a Robert JEFFERSON who was admitted to Sidney College, Cambridge on 29 June 1803 elder son of Robert of Stone Raise, Cumberland who according to his University record was Curate of Longstanton, Cambridgeshire 1815 and died 31 January 1834 - any good??

A bit more information in that FindaGrave has a picture of his memorial table at St Wilfred South Kilvington, Hambleton, North Yorkshire where he had been Rector for 8 years.
