Harriet and Probat???

Hi there, just a quick handwriting query:

In this will Thomas Fare refers to his wife as wife a few times, then his three children by name then there is the phrase Debts funeral Expenses .... Harriet (or should it be Harriot?) and ?Probat of this my will etc

What is Harriet or Harriot. Is it Harriet, naming his wife, or is that some obscure legal term???

It will almost certainly be Heriot, but misspelled. This was a fee payable to the lord of the manor on the death of someone who held land by copyhold.
