Just signed up ... Recognise some names from another place (not parliament related!)

Been researching my tree for a few years now ... Originally started looking for my father and his family as knew nothing of him or his side ... Got hooked and now have many branches and twiglets!

My membership to record sites has just lapsed ... (On my Christmas list so will start again then) ... So wont be able to help with look-ups/queries before then but happy to help any other way I can.

Going to use the time to tidy up my many branches and twiglets (when my laptop comes back from the menders!) so will be posting from my ipad which I blame for any strange linguistic content in my posts ... It has a mind of its own and inserts the strangest of words!

Happy hunting ... Do we have smilies available on here?

Yes, we do have smileys, but I am not certain that they are accessible from an ipad. Once you are back on your laptop, you will be able to see where they are.

Have a good look round and, when you are ready, start posting your questions and we will see what we can do to help you to tidy up your branches and twiglets.

Hi Ultramum, If your Ipad is anything like my daughters iphone I would check very carefully every word before posting,1 wrong letter & a word has a whole new meaning,daughter has been horrified at what posted (on facebook).
