I started tracing my family tree because a good friend was doing hers and I just got involved, as you do! I have followed my mothers family tree back to about 1595, but have to admit there are a couple of gaps!! As the name is uncommon, I am satisfied that what I have is correct. The strangest thing is, I now live in Cambridgeshire and the family originally came from Northamptonshire. My mother was born in Surrey and I was born in London and moved here when I married. Full circle.
