Can anyone read the street address in the red box? I know the place is Kelso but I can't get the rest.

Does it say IN Mill Wynd Kelso? Mill Wynd is where there is an oat and barley mill and has been for many years.. Owned and operated by John Hogarth. It seems Mill Wynd is an area of Kelso.

Yes, it does seem to say in Mill Wynd.

Perhaps it was a residence, for mill workers, along with others, owned by the mill.
