Help reading will please

Sis

Rootles out resources!
I have highlighted the bits I can't read. The first one being August's surname and the next is Elizabeth's surname. The third one is the name of the lane in Bethnal Green. If it helps the original will is on Ancestry under John Grove Esq., death about 1820, Spitalfields. I have a rough idea of what the surnames might be, but the lane name eludes me.

Augustus's name is Sevage I think although the third letter is somewhat obscured. Elizabeth's looks like Kerr or Kern. I can't read all of the address, but it reads '..ock Lane'; possibly Clock or Cock?

I think it is brick lane.
It is mostly OK to read but just has odd bits that are more difficult, being a later more flowery script than
I of late have been dealing with!

Is it Mrs Elizabeth Grove? It looks similar, to me, as Mrs Mary Grove but with a tail from the word above. It says on decease of my brother (presumably Grove and a husband) which could refer to Elizabeth, as there's no punctuation?

I reckon it's Brick Lane too. I can't find another 'Lane' in Bethnal Green which could be an alternative.

I searched the lanes in Bethnal Green yesterday - Google was quite insistent that it was 'Brick' Lane but I couldn't see it. The script is exceedingly flowery.
