Joseph Jewel and Jenifer Trathan -marriage 1833

Genie1

Cornish to the Core
The couple married Newlyn East in 1833 but there isn't any other information.
Family search and FMP the transcript but the actual document is not shown.
I would have liked to have seen the original to know who the witnesses were.
The person I am helping was hoping that Jenifer was a daughter of Henry and Jenifer Trathan but a tree on Wiki tree has Jenifer with parents John and Elizabeth.
They also have her sister Patience marrying a Nettle.
There are 2 Jenifer's bapt in Reduth on 1805 -one has parents Jacob and Ellinor in June and the other is Henry and Jenifer in Sept 1805.
There are 2 Patience baptisms one in June John and Elizabeth and Henry and Jenifer in 1803 . Both in Redruth.
The person I am helping has Patience married John Nettle in Devon in 1822 when the family moved from Cornwall to Devon. Wittnesess were Thomas and Henry Trathen.
The Jenifer that married the Jewel in in the 1841.1851 and 1861 cenuses and her birthplace is Redruth. Living in St Columb.
Just trying to see who is correct.

The marriage is on Cornwall OPC and names the witnesses as Richard HOCKING and John GROSE, so not very helpful.

Sadly, the name of the father was not entered (unless he was a witness) until Civil Registration started 4 years later in 1837. :(

However, the residence for both Joseph and Jane reads "sojourner OTP", indicating that they were both living there temporarily.

They stayed in that area in the censuses.
Will never know who is correct with the parents.

Darned if I can find John and Elizabeth baptising a Jenifer. Children seem to be Patience 1801, Elizabeth 1803, William 1806, February and Mary 1806 March.
Children for Henry and Jenifer are Patience 1803 and Jenifer 1805. Of course there could be more but that’s all I can see for Trathan/Trathen.
So with Henry being the witness for Patience marriage to John Nettle, my guess is Henry is her father.

In 1837 there is a baptism of Jane Jewel, father Joseph , mother Jane at Truro St Mary’s residence Newlyn. Joseph is a miner. Notes on the transcription on Cornwall OPC say that Jane (mother) is the daughter of Henry and Jane TRETHAVA. No Trethava that I can find so could this be meant to be TRETHAN?
Children that I can find are: William Henry 1833, Catherine 1835, Jane 1837, John 1842, Francis 1845 and Mary 1849. All possible children for Joseph Jewel and Jane/Jenifer.

There are Trevethan/m and similar spellings .She could be one of those.:(
