Josiah Cole b 1835 Chatteris

Thank you both. The problem with Josiah/ Joseph junior is exactly as Jan has highlighted. Hence I am looking at this death which is not a perfect fit. The 1861 census seems like it might be the same person as the death. The birth place is wrong for the one I was looking for though so perhaps less likely to be the same
 
Could this be the Josiah COLE who is living in Stanley Road with wife Eliza and daughter Harriet in the 1861 census of Fulham, Middlesex in the 1841 census of Fulham? He is living at Colehill Lane in the household of Richard STEEL, a Market Gardener & his wife Harriet plus various STEEL children but also 3 COLE children, Ellen aged 12, Josiah aged 10 & Nelson aged 6. Josiah Smith COLE was baptised at St Luke Chelsea on 19 June 1831, son of Samuel & Harriot COLE, Old Brompton, Gardener and Nelson John COLE was baptised on 24 May 1835 at All Saints, Fulham, son of Samuel & Harriet COLE, Colehill Lane, Gardener. So did Richard STEEL perhaps marry Harriet COLE the widow of Samuel? But it would seem to definitely rule out this Josiah COLE as being the son of Josiah COLE of Chatteris. Just found a banns record where the banns were read at St Martin in the Fields on 22 & 29 December 1839 and 5 January 1840 between Richard STEEL & Harriet COLE.

Bit more evidence: marriage at St Giles in the Fields on 3 June 1860 between Josiah Smith COLE, aged 27, Carpenter, father Henry? COLE, Gardener & Eliza LANGSTON, aged 18, father Richard LANGSTON, Gardener. One of the witnesses was his brother Nelson John COLE. Presumably he never knew his father so was unsure of his first name. It also looks as if Eliza COLE remarried as she appears in the 1871 census of Fulham as Eliza wife of Michael WELCH together with daughters Harriet, aged 10 & Sophia, aged 8, COLE and son William WELCH aged 6. Michael WELCH married Eliza COLE on 30 October 1864 at St Philip Kensington, she being a widow. Does this tie in with the burial record of Josiah COLE that you found?

Thank you for looking Jan. Although his age seems to be creeping towards the age of the man I'm looking for, the place of birth and parents to pretty much rule him out.
