New guy from Canada

Don't know about Peel or halton, but Grey and Bruce are close by and as I said I have Oxford, Norfolk, Brant and Wentworth all with family ties as well. I was married in Paris! ( That's in Ontario to those of you who thought other wise and named after Plaster of Paris which came from there. )

Oops...meant we can cover a few counties, old sock!! :( Plaster of Paris, eh? Never knew that!!
 
There you go Gary. You learn something each and every day on this bestest of genealogy forums. Never knew that either. Thought it was French not Canadian. ;) Or even French Canadian for that matter.
 
From the locations mentioned so far it looks like we've got a good portion of the planet covered, from close by to half way around the world and many points in between.
The very warm welcome is greatly appreciated and I offer many thanks for them all,
