Any posts that I delete - and it is rare that I do - result in a message from me to the poster explaining why the post was deleted.
It'll be just one of those unexplained mysteries that in years to come someone will make a tv programme out of and say there was a conspiracy or aliens took it
Last night when I tried to check any new posts I got told by Firefox the site was not safe - a huge yellow warning, so I tried on my phone and got a similar message, so something strange happened around 11 last night I was relieved to find nothing amiss this morning - phew!
If I remember correctly, I answered you and said ‘don’t do that it’s just a certificate’ and something else that escapes me now
So- youall, do you not get emails of your messages that you can now check back on- or in History perhaps? I thought your were referring to the GRO having a missing entry. Many of those about. As for the 1939 register, many of mine put the batism date or perhaps a birthday they remember from way back. Some outright lie. The good old GRO & Baptism records refute many.
Oh thank you. I was starting to get worried. I swear I haven’t been having a dalliance with chimpanzee
