I think some text might have been cut off on the right of the second one, but extrapolating from what's remaining, I think the top line probably ends with Goddard, and it might be Sarah just before.
As in the previous one, the middle line is Afterwards Married (and 'to' could be missing).
The bottom line more or less defeats me, but the word just left of centre might be something like Langston.
The fact that these two silhouettes seem to be a matching pair, and have similar inscriptions, would support the idea that the second one is Henrietta's sister - and The Peerage website does say she had a sister called Sarah:
Code:

AND
https://thepeerage.com/p72860.htm#i728594
These seem to be duplicate pages, and although both mention Sarah, neither has a marriage for either sister. There is a third page which suggests the Henrietta who married Admiral P-C in 1792 was born in 1739 to different parents, and she had 2 children in that marriage - I think not. That one also mentions a sister Sarah, who married Dr William Markham, but I can't see that in the writing.
Anyway, if you've managed to follow this, in my opinion the second silhouette is Sarah Goddard, but something other than The Peerage website will be needed to see who she married.
