Susannah Roberts emigration to SA

I am in the UK and I’m trying to find out about my father’s mother.

Hoping you can help. Looking for departure from UK to South Africa, probably 1902 or 1903.
Surname of Roberts, first name Susannah/Susie.
I can find her in Wales on the 1901 census, but cannot find her on any passenger list leaving the UK.

I know final destination was Ermelo in Mpumalanga/Transvaal, so could have sailed into Cape Town or Durban.
We also know that she married Patrick Doyle on 2 August 1904 whilst in SA & had 2 children.
I can find a departure from SA in 1907 with the children, but without her husband.
I can find her in Wales on the 1901 census, but cannot find her on any passenger list leaving the UK.

We were led to believe Susannah went to SA as a missionary - see attached pic - but I suspect Susannah went to SA In 1903 as part of a post-Boer War female migration boom. Encouraged by organizations like the South African Colonisation Society, these women often emigrated to marry British settlers, soldiers, or workers.
Does anyone know how I can find out about this? I can't find anything in the UK to help me.

I would also like to know what happened to Patrick Doyle. Family have said he went to work in the mines & was killed in a bar brawl.
