The parents of Rebecca Kent

Puts the Heart into Hertfordshire
I'm trying to work out one of Kent families who lived around the Brighton area. Most of them have common names, but Rebecca Kent seems to be an unusual combination. However, I can't work out who her parents are. Some trees have somehow tagged her on to a father who I think died as an infant

Rebecca married Henry King (b 1815 Cuckfield) on 25 Dec 1835 in Brighton, their first child Emma Jane was born 1836, Mary Ann 1838, Ellen M 1845, followed by more
I have her in censuses 1841 - 1881, She said born 1818-1819 mostly in Brighton, once in Cuckfield. She died 1883

Does anyone have any ideas for further clues?

There is Family Search tree with Rebecca Kent 1818-1883 father George Kent 1773-1836 and mother Esther Boxall 1771-1850. Not sure if this could help.

The original marriage is on Family Search (you have to trawl through) George Kent, bachelor and Esther Boxall, widow, 19/6/1799 St Nicholas Brighton.

I don't think those trees are right because the George Kent (Parents Elizabeth and George) who was born 1773 Southwick died 1774. This child was part of the family I suspect Rebecca may have been connected to somewhere, via DNA. But I have not been able to find anything that that links the people in that marriage to Rebecca, or to Elizabeth and George

Sorry I don't understand why you've ruled out George Kent, bachelor and Esther Boxall, widow, who married 19/6/1799 at St Nicholas Brighton.

What you seem to be saying is that you cant identify the correct parents of this George Kent, which is a different thing entirely!

Who were Henry's parents? is there any evidence of them using the traditional naming pattern, which might then indicate the names of Rebecca's parents?
