TribalPages issues

For the last few months I have been unable to upload any photos / documents to tribalpages, I have sent them several support requests and heard nothing back from them. My renewal is due soon and want to make sure they are going to be around for the next 12 months. Any one else had issue with them or know what's going on.

I haven't used Tribalpages recently as I tend to focus on Brothers Keeper. I did try uploading a few pictures though and didn't seem to have an issue with it, @WelchRegLost Not sure what's happening there.
