This image is from a 1863 petty session held at Nenagh county Tipperary. For Cornelius Whelan. I would post a link to it but have had a senior moment and forgotten how post a non clickable link

"Stealing ****** bog mould"
It was used as manure and you would have had to have a legal right to take it.
Someone else may have better luck with the second word.

Best guess is Stealing Compts, which I think may be an abbreviation of Complainants, Bog Moulds. According to a you tube video, bog moulds are used in building cars so could they have been used to build carts or carriages in 1863. Compts appears in a couple of other petty session records for Cornelius and in these refers to trespassing on other people's land with greyhounds & hunting a hare.

Manure sounds much more likely!!!

Thank you everyone, manure would make sense as at the time Cornelius was living in a very rural part of Nenagh.

Just found a newspaper article regarding Cornelius & his trespass in 1869. Apparently he and his brother plus others were hare-coursing and trespassed onto Adam DAGGS land. The article also uses the word complainant when referring to Adam DAGG. The case against Cornelius was considered proved.
