What is this place?

Can anyone understand what or where this place is, written before Fareham, (Hants)? This is a death in 1839. Thank you

It looks like Bugs Row to me, but there does not seem to be a current street/place in Fareham by that name.

D'oh, I was seeing goat and couldn't get past that.
I think I may have found an answer. But strange to put on an official document

"The Havant area in the late 19th Century was, by and large, not an unhealthy place – despite the lack of mains drainage – but there were areas of slums and deprivation, most notably Somerstown (known locally as Bugs Row)"

And from the Hampshire Independent of the 1st December 1888
...resided in Bug's-row, a block of eight small houses leading from Waterloo-road, facing the railway and adjoining the Fairfield estate...

Fairfield seems to be up in Fareham itself. I'm wondering if it was Somerstown now. 1851 census has Martha Watson b 1795 in Bug's Row, Fareham, although I can't quite pinpoint it
