I may be asking for help on this couple later, but I'll start another thread.@Sis not sure if you have it, but Sarah Metman (Jaques) gave birth to 3 children (all I have found) at the Endell St. Lying in Hospital Holborn -
Henry 12/7/1770 baptised the same day
Sarah 29/9/1767 baptised 1/10/1767
On both entries Stephen is noted as a tailor born Germany
Plus Christopher as Mitman 11/3/1766 baptised 20/3/1766 no father's details entered
(shame there was no Grace Metman)
apologies for the year error on the marriage.
I also know that Grace is not her mother as I have her parents. A chance she may be her sister, not a name used in the Jaques family, not that it's impossible.
