Can anyone find a marriage of John Wilson of Knighton Radnorshire around 1861-1863 His wife's name is given as Martha.

They were Primitive Methodists

John was a Tanner like his father before him. His parents were John Wilson and Elizabeth (nee Edwards)

John Wilson Snr died in 1856

Died June 6th 1856 Aged 82 years
ELIZABETH relict of the late JOHN WILSON
Died Jan 27 1872 in the 87th year of her age

John and his wife Martha
MARTHA WILSON ( wife of JOHN WILSON Junior) Died 12th July 1863.Aged 50
Also JOHN WILSON of Chestnut House in this parish Died 18th May 1885.Aged 73.
 
This from the Shrewsbury Chronicle 17 July 1863 (it is a day out, says 11th grave says 12th.)

There is the marriage of a John WILSON in the June quarter of 1861 (so after the census of that year) and on the same page is a Martha OWEN. This took place in Weobley, Herefordshire - not a million miles from Knighton - just 20ish ;). (6a/871)

I am not saying that it is her, but it would be worth investigating as to whether she is around in 1851 with a previous husband as John and Martha married late in life.

April 27, at the Primitive Methodist chapel, Weobley, by the Rev. Joseph Preston, Mr John Wilson, Knighton, to Miss M. Owen, youngest daughter of the late Mr Wm. Owen, of Brynnorgan.

The notice also appears in the Shrewsbury Chronicle of the 3rd May 1861 with the addition of the fact that the vicar was the brother-in-law of the bride.
 
Hold that last thought, I’ve just found mention of a “Brynorgan Farm at Llanvair Waterdine, five miles from Knighton” being for sale in the Wellington Journal in 1893.

There is a marriage between a Joseph PRESTON and Elizabeth OWEN in 1830 at Leinthall Starkes, which is just 17 miles from Knighton and 15 from Weobley. ;)

That proves it Joseph Preston was married to the sister of Martha Owen. The person I was helping (although he didn't know it at the time) had a family tail that John Wilson married into the Owen family but had no proof. The marriage certificate and newspaper reports should be proof enough.
