Help with the first name please

Could it be Josiah?

It could be Josiah!

Since discovering the parents of Ann Pearse Are Joseph and Elizabeth I'm wondering if the name is Joseph.

John Kinge married Ann Pearse 12 Jul 1692at Bocking, Essex.

The first 5 of their 9 children, no need to list all, are:-
Ann 1694
John1695
"son of John Kinge" 1696
Jeremiei, Jerimiah, Josiah, or Joseph 1696
"daughter of John Kinge" 1697

If John and Ann are adhering to the naming tradition I would expect that fourth child to be Joseph, as some have on here have thought, at the end of the day though there is no certainty.

I wouldn't be surprised if the fifth child is an Elizabeth if she lived, unless she was never given a name, but that's something we'll never know.
