There are a couple of female Jaquess on the Vicar General Marriage Licences (on FMP), no first names but in 1758 and 1759 - 2 different marriages, but shows that spelling was in use at the time.

To save anyone thinking they're going blind or mad, the groom's surname has been transcribed as HEWRY, ie Stephen Hewry & Sarah Jaques, and its 1762.The marriage 1/6/1763 - between Sarah Jaques and Stephen Henry Metman (on Anc. for those also looking)
