I remember this thread very well.
Sounds like you could be related to Ferrfuzz. She may drop in but hasn’t been around for quite a while.
Like you I too am decended from South Coast dairy farmers who went to the Lismore/Casino area in the early 1900’s. My maternal ancestors were there much earlier and were part of the original co-op farmers who started the Norco Butter factory at Casino. My great grandfather purchased Fenwick House at Shaw’s Bay East Ballina after he sold his shares in the co-op.

I can’t find it so far but I think Ferrfuzz mentioned that her family were dairy farmers in the Bega area.

Thank you both for the warm welcome. I'm only VERY new to our family ancestry but in the past year I've become very excited by learning where we originated. So fascinating and I like most wish I had more hours in each day to discover more.
