My current attempt is Ha??e, and either of your suggestions is possible. I haven't come across any other Hayne or Hague in Frampton, and I don't think it is safe to plump for one over the other without something further as back up, essentially I cannot read it as it is obscured, so maybe I should stick with my conservative transcription ...
